Claire Hovey is Director of Behavioural Science at Lumera, where she advises pension schemes, providers and employers on applying behavioural science to improve member outcomes. For almost 15 years, Claire has helped organisations use behavioural evidence, data and personalisation to design more effective member experiences across saving, retirement and other complex financial journeys. Her work spans strategic advisory, communications and service design, helping clients create interventions that improve understanding, support better decision-making and meet rising regulatory expectations around customer outcomes.
