John is Commercial Lead of Aviva’s Defined Benefits Solution business. He previously led Friends Life’s DB de-risking team and was commercial lead at specialist insurer Lucida. John’s principle focus is on further enhancing Aviva’s market position in the DB de-risking market and developing propositions to support Trustees and Corporates de-risk. He is also responsible for driving Aviva’s global ambitions in the DB de-risking market.
