Speaker profile: Mick Mulligan

Mick Mulligan began his exciting journey through the pension’s hemisphere back in 1990 as an administration assistant. He quickly excelled through the ranks at DWP and eventually moved over to shared services, gaining an insight into employee benefits and relations. Mick joined MyCSP in 2012 and became their lead Account Manager, looking after employer engagement. Mick moved to Cabinet Office in 2017 and is now their Head of Communications and Engagement for Civil Service Pensions (CSP) and the Royal Mail Statutory Pension Scheme (RMSPS), when bearing in mind this is over 2m people - it is no small feat! Mick has a wide ranging remit including communications and was key to Civil Service Pensions winning four awards at the 2019 Corporate Content awards. Mick is an avid Newcastle United fan and can be found on a Golf course in his spare time.
