Richard’s a seasoned pensions professional with a wide range of experience since 1987 in administration, technology, consulting, change, government policy and research. 12 years ago he was seconded to DWP and drew up the initial automatic enrolment programme plan, then led the team advising on the creation of the NEST scheme rules.
