Jane has over 25 years’ experience of advising trustees and employers on their workplace pension arrangements. Jane has helped clients on the journey to buy-out developing a deep understanding of the way in which schemes operate in practice, the extent to which they are paying the correct legal entitlements to beneficiaries and the planning necessary to achieve a successful buy-out.
