Leah is a Partner in Mercer's Risk Transfer Group and specialises in providing strategic advice on pensions risk management.
Leah has 15 years of industry experience and specialises in advising clients on strategic pensions risk management, covering strategic asset allocation, dynamic de-risking strategies and now a particular focus on risk transfer solutions, including bulk annuities and member options. Leah has experience of working in both the US and the UK and frequently works with multinationals on global pensions issues.
Leah is also responsible for the delivery of Mercer’s longevity analytics advice and intellectual capital development.
