Speaker Profile: Jonathan Griffith

Jonathan heads LCP’s multi-disciplinary team looking at DB pensions endgames. This involves collaborating with pension trustees, scheme sponsors, and other stakeholders to explore the increasing array of different options through to then implementing the right strategy that gives the best overall outcome. As part of this, he developed LCP Elevate – LCP's flexible run-on strategy framework that helps clients turn DB pension schemes into real assets. In addition, as a pensions Partner within LCP’s Corporate Consulting practice, Jonathan helps pension scheme sponsors understand and manage their everyday pension costs and risks. Jonathan is actively involved in funding valuations, benefit changes, Board training, corporate accounting, and wider pensions projects, ensuring that all corporate pensions spend represents value for money.
