Alana joined Standard Life in 2010 and has been focused on creating and delivering a great experience for their members. She has worked with clients to understand their needs and importantly, the needs of their members, to deliver effective communication strategies that boosts engagement. Alana is very passionate about helping people to make informed decisions to achieve the best outcomes they can in retirement. In the member experience team, Alana ensures the end-to-end member experience at Standard Life is the best it can be. She has particularly enjoyed being involved in broadening our offering to respond to the ever-changing needs of our members by being innovative and helping them navigate their full financial world.
