Steven advises companies and pension schemes of all shapes and sizes to help them deliver good outcomes for employees.  He is an Associate Partner in Aon’s Wealth Practice and has over 25 years’ experience in DC pensions. Steven leads much of Aon’s research into how employers and trustees design their DC plans to help deliver an adequate retirement income and what support they offer to enable better decision making by members.
