Jessica Rigby is BlueSky’s Director of Operations and has 16 years of pensions administration, secretarial and management experience within large third party administration companies. She is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute and continues to support the institute by mentoring new students. She has been integral to the growth of BlueSky over the last 6 years during which she has focussed on ensuring that high levels of governance are applied at all levels of the business.
