Speaker profile: Judith Fish

Judith is a qualified actuary with over 25 years’ experience in UK pensions. She is a Professional Trustee, based in the London office, who works on a range of different schemes. She believes that good governance and collaborative working results in good outcomes for all stakeholders. Judith joined us in July 2019 having previously worked in house on a multi-billion pound pension scheme. As part of this role Judith supported the investment committee as well as working on future pension strategy for both DB and DC schemes including how members in the DC schemes were taking their pension pots on retirement, the way in which the administrators were dealing with the new decumulation opportunities and how this impacted the future DC strategy for the company. Prior to this, she worked at a number of large consultancies and one of the big four accountancy firms acting as both a Scheme Actuary and corporate adviser.
