Speaker profile: Tim Horne

As Head of UK Institutional Defined Contribution at Schroders, Tim is responsible for the design of the overall strategy of Schroders’ DC business and the delivery of Schroders’ investment proposition to our DC clients. This includes partnering with our clients and their consultants in the provision of investment solutions, tailored to the specific requirements of DC schemes and their members at each stage of their savings journey. Tim joined the DC Team at Schroders in 2011 and is based in London. Before joining Schroders, Tim was a Senior Investment Consultant at Towers Watson where his responsibilities included giving investment and strategy advice to a range of UK DC schemes. Previously Tim has been a DC Client Director at Fidelity International as well as holding senior positions at MSCI and Mellon Global Investments Tim is a frequent industry commentator on DC issues and also a CFA Charterholder.
