Defined
Contribution:
Entering
a new DC era February 2005: The first DC roundtable
in 2005 examines a number of issues relating to DC provision, from
the effectiveness of lifestyle default funds and boosting DC contribution
rates to how commendable each political party’s pension manifestoes
are in advance of the General Election.
Administration:
Standing
up to be counted March 2005: In this first in
the admin series for 2005, our panel asks what administrators should
be doing to help their members implement regulatory changes; whether
or not it is their responsibility to do so; and why it’s time
for negative comments about pensions administration service levels
to remain a thing of the past.
Simplification:
The
long road to reform April 2005: With a year to go until
A-day, our first meeting of the simplification panel examines the
concept of simplification, whether the government will achieve its
objectives, how far along companies are in preparation, and potential
problems resulting from the new regime.
