You will be operating as part of a national team, working with high profile clients to help assess and improve all aspects of operational delivery. This will cover scheme administration, governance and data.

Your role will be varied and will include but not limited to helping your clients assess and enhance their governance where projects may include Trustee Board effectiveness assessments; design and review administration operations; involvement in GMP reconciliation and data cleansing work and involvement in new business tenders.

Ideally, you will be working in a pension consultancy environment possessing sound market knowledge in the governance of pensions and scheme administration. You will also have proven experience of working with Trustee Boards and/or scheme sponsors to deliver administration or governance projects. The team are based across the UK and you may be guiding some of your team in a different region of the UK so it's essential you have the communication skills to ensure your team works in a cohesive manner. APMI preferred but not essential.

Our client is not expecting you to possess knowledge in all areas but it is essential that you have the drive to push your knowledge and expertise to the next level to enable you to provide a high level service.
