About the role

• Responsible for the pension administration service delivery for several teams
• Manage risk and ensure compliance of benefit plans under your remit within UK government regulations
• Ensuring office productivity, oversee process management, enhancing delivery where possible
• Client focus, attend trustee meetings, giving overview on operational issues
• Functional Management and accountability for UK and Offshore teams

About you

• Experience within Pensions DB/DC to a Senior Operational level
• Well versed in team management, optimizing performances
• Experience in overseeing client led pensions projects
• Strong client focus

Would suit a candidate from an Operational background within Pensions, also open to candidates on the Quality/technical side.
