Stephen Bowles, Senior Director, Fiduciary, Schroders
Stephen is a Senior Director at Schroders, based in London. He joined Schroders in 2008. He provides senior support to UK consultant relationship activities, with particular focus on outsourcing specialists and senior field consultant relationships. Until 2017, he ran the UK Defined Contribution business and focused on the distribution and marketing of investment solutions to UK defined contribution pension schemes and their advisers. Stephen was an Account Development Manager at Prudential from 2006 to 2008 and a Senior Investment Consultant at Aon from 2001 to 2006. He has an ACII from the Chartered Insurance Institute, an Investment Management Certificate and a BSc in Economics and Politics from University of Bath.

Ross Pritchard, Head of Fiduciary Management, Liability & Duration Solutions Management, Schroders
Ross leads a team responsible for working with clients and their advisers to understand their objectives and structure integrated solutions across liability hedging, fiduciary management and related solutions. He and the team are responsible for the implementation and ongoing delivery of LDI and liability cognisant credit portfolios and related overlays. Ross joined Schroders in 2007 and is based in London. Before joining Schroders, Ross was Head of Investment Strategy and a Senior Investment Consultant at HSBC Actuaries and Consultants, responsible for advising a portfolio of pension schemes on investment strategy. Ross has a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick, is a CFA Charterholder and a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries

Ped Phrompechrut, Solutions Manager, Schroders
Ped Phrompechrut is a Solutions Manager at Schroders. He works with UK pensions schemes and other institutional clients globally to provide investment strategy and portfolio construction advice, with a particular focus on delivering private assets solutions. Prior to joining Schroders, Ped worked at Willis Towers Watson from 2010 where he was most recently Head of Private Markets Solutions, responsible for the design and management of multi private markets portfolio comprising private equity, private debt, real estate, and infrastructure investments. Ped is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant. Ped has an MBA from London Business School. Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University.
