If you have a wealth of pension administration expertise and are looking for a move to utilise your experience, this could be the role for you. You will play a pivotal part in providing an excellent service to clients, supporting Client Relationship Managers and the administration. As Client Relationship Manager Associate you will be responsible for helping to develop the overall relationship with the client from an administrative perspective and maintaining high levels of satisfaction with the service from both the client and members alike and developing new business opportunities. This role will appeal to you if you have a wealth of pension administration experience, ideally working within the admin business of a TPA. It is essential you have had some exposure of managing client relationships combined with strong technical skills. Previous presentational experience is required in order to assist in leading client meetings and new business presentations. You must be able to demonstrate a very wide knowledge of the various key areas of pensions legislation, including pensions taxation, contracting out and preservation.
