This leader in the pensions industry has experienced incredible growth in the last year and they are looking to recruit a Bid Proposal Manager with experience in the financial services and/or fintech to join their team. This is a superb opportunity to play a pivotal role within the Business Development team and executive sponsors to drive new business within a team who strive to deliver best practice in bid management. The role involves the preparation of responses for tenders received as well as managing larger bid projects with internal stakeholders and joint bidders, including reporting to C-level executives. In addition, you will also contribute to the ongoing development of the team, improving processes, documentation, reporting and advancement of the team.

To be considered, we are looking for a candidate who has strong experience of both delivering and managing bids and who has demonstrable experience of engaging and leading a team, ideally with a proven track record of pensions, in particular, trust-based and master trusts.
