We are seeking a consultant who specialises in Group Risk and Healthcare.
In this non-regulated role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing a portfolio of existing corporate clients by providing high-quality advice and consultancy to an agreed budget. You will provide a professional high-quality service to all clients, colleagues and other third parties whilst identifying and proactively developing new business opportunities.

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate extensive and up-to-date technical employee benefits knowledge to include both Health and Risk. You will have a good understanding of the regulatory requirements in respect of ‘advised’ and ‘non-advised’ sales and keep up to date with key developments, industry / market changes and regulations.

This is a broad role and responsibilities are varied, including;
Monitoring of income to ensure budget achieved and financial control over portfolio and client budgets. Preparation of detailed client reports, PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, etc.
Management of timescales – ensure all client deadlines and service levels are met or client / management informed otherwise.

This will be a Hybrid working role and we are looking for applicants who are able to be in one of the main offices (Bristol or Berkshire locations) at least twice per week.
