You will be a Pensions and Benefits Global specialist seeking an exciting newly created role, to make your own. You will even get to recruit your support, once you are successfully on-boarded. Your role will be focused on working with related services business streams to administer and review Pension and Benefits programmes in place across the 50+ countries within which they operate.  You will seek to understand whether current provisions meet both legislative requirements and support the total reward strategy so that you can scope out recommendations for a range of options that could be provided so the company ensure that future benefits and pensions provisions align to their mission of providing inclusive benefits to attract and retain the best talent.

You will be responsible for the administration and the setting out of the overall direction for all Pension and Benefits programmes that support the sectors' strategic objectives and align with company's overall Reward architecture. You will work with company Group Pension Manager, Area HR Managers and their external Pensions Advisers to understand the current pension and employee benefits landscape so that you can design, optimise and implement new programmes across the globe.

You will understand and embrace technology with experience of delivering benefit programmes and communications using digital platforms and capabilities. You will have the ability to apply rigorous statistical metrics and execute processes to analyse and measure the effectiveness of benefit programmes and initiatives.

You will require past/current experience with a wide variety of international benefit programmes including retirement (DB and DC), health & welfare plans (preferably using a global broker model), ancillary benefits, wellbeing and HR policies. You need to have undertaken and already have significant experience in a broad, benefits-focused role, and have the ability to develop and deliver a worldwide pension's strategy.

This company has two main sites, you could work out of London and Birmingham, alongside from home, and ideally it would be helpful for the successful post-holder to be on site a few days a week, but because this is such a niche specialist role, our client would hate to discount an ideal candidate just because of location, so if you desire regular home working, and just a few days per month in the office when required for meetings, please do still apply. If you are confident you can just get on and do this role wherever you are, our client is confident in you too! I look forward to hearing from you.
