Our client is looking for a specialist Interim Pensions Administration Manager/Head of Pensions Administration like you, who would like to work in a lead role, dealing with strategy and trouble-shooting for the company. Please be aware this role is far more strategic, that it is an operational role. This is a six-month contract on a day rate basis INSIDE IR35. THE ROLE WILL BE PRIMARILY HOME WORKING. The client will provide you with IT equipment to work from home effectively. 36-hour week, flexible hours but must be contactable between 10.00am to 4.00pm.
Working closely with the Head of the Shared Service, you will be providing leadership as a member of the company's Senior Management Group, supporting Company objectives and priorities, developing a culture of continuous improvement.
Your knowledge will be focussed, but not limited to, workplace pension schemes, in addition to overarching pension's legislation in the wider context. The ability to investigate and analyse complex series of events to make relevant recommendations is pivotal to being a success in this role, as you will be responsible for managing substantial budgets, resources and funding, to deliver cost effective and high quality services.
You will be able to lead and direct two pensions teams based at two sites in the South East, whilst driving transformation and organisational change, and most importantly ensuring greater collaborative working across the company partnership. You will be a leader, not simply a manager, someone who can use their expertise and personality to lead by example in modelling and embedding this company's values, which in turn will help them to achieve operational excellence through understanding staff motivation and moral.
Working from home, most of the contract, if not all (depending on future announcements and changes in return to work policies over coming months). Interviews will be telephone and video. To commence ASAP.
The person can simply undertake this contract or potentially make application/be considered for a future permanent role.
