About the role

• Work closely with the trustees and company, support development and delivery of Pensions strategy for their large DB and DC plans
• As Secretary to the Trustee, drive forward a robust governance framework, with a keen focus on developing legislative requirements
• Drive pensions communications strategy, work closely with third party administration in ongoing development of member experience
• Support and develop more junior staff

About you

• You will have gained extensive experience in DB and DC pension fund management either in consultancy or in-house
• With up-to-date Pensions technical knowledge you will be skilled in delivering Trustee Secretarial responsibilities
• Draw on excellent relationship management skills liaising across the business and with external advisors and third-party administrators
