‘Calling!’ all day rate home workers who are experienced Senior Pensions Administrator level and also enjoy taking member calls. If you are seeking your next long-term contract of six months minimum working for a large in-house pension scheme, please get in touch ASAP and you could be commencing this super assignment as soon as November.
Working from home you will be a valued member of this friendly pension department, where even remotely you will still feel part of something very special. If you can, it would be highly advantageous to attend a 1 or 2 week induction and training session on site, to get you up to speed with the company pensions software, telephony system, and all aspects of your exciting new role. All expenses will be paid for this visit, and after this your role is fully remote.
Given the competitive day rate, and that you will be home working, you need to be a self-motivated, highly experienced occupational pensions scheme (Defined Benefit) administration specialist at a senior level. You also need to be a confident communicator, both in written and oral form, able to take member calls and resolve them, whether this takes 10, 20, 30 minutes or longer. Our client has an outstanding reputation in member liaison. Your role is to make the member journey seamless and complete.
Ideally our client would like you to undertake a hybrid role of pension administration and member calls, and people able to do both will be considered first. However, if you forte is one or the other only, please also get in touch and should not enough hybrid workers be found then specialists in one or the other may be considered.
