This is a great opportunity for a Verifier & Lead Assessor/Trainer for Pensions to work within a dedicated team to deliver training and assessment to Apprentice learners within their place of work. Reporting to the head of learning, you will manage a caseload of Apprentices and liaise with employers to ensure successful and timely completion of assessments and qualifications. You will need to be able to travel independently between workplaces, which will be within London and West Sussex. You will conduct work based and classroom observations, plan and prepare for and assess Diploma/NVQ/VRQ candidates and pull together training plans. Current occupational pensions experience is essential, training to become an assessor will be given.
