Are you available to start working from home immediately or within 1 week?  This large in-house pension scheme, due to various ongoing projects and day-to-day pension administration work, requires new contract pension administration support to work from home.

Our client is seeking a high calibre Occupational Pensions Administrator able to work on their own initiative and deal with each pension case without supervision.  Some of the permanent pension administration staff have been seconded to deal with a major project, and so you are needed to back fill their roles until project completion. You therefore may be moved from one team to another depending on where workloads are most high, help most needed. You may be dealing with high volumes of work, potentially between 10-15 cases per day depending on what work you are allocated each day, output will vary depending on how complex each one is.  You will be able to video call your line manager, and they will also be able to screen share and shadow your work if needed and advise on any areas you need assistance.

You must be able to perform manual and computerised pension scheme calculations, and have in-depth knowledge of Defined Benefit (essential) and Defined Contribution pension schemes, both is preferable.  This needs to be recent knowledge/experience to enable you to hit the ground running and work from home with no supervision.
