We’re looking for an experienced pensions professional to support the Online Support Manager and help lead day-to-day operations across DB and DC schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior administrator ready for more responsibility, or an existing assistant manager looking to make a bigger impact.
You’ll supervise and support administrators, oversee contribution reconciliations, resolve data discrepancies, and act as a key contact for employers and members. You’ll also play a hands-on role in system improvements, reporting, and process enhancements.
We’re looking for pensions administration experience (DB/DC), strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.
