In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Benefits Manager to provide excellent support to not only your colleagues, but also with your interaction with the Trustee board, external suppliers and advisers, as well as the pension scheme members and employees.

There will be plenty for you to be involved in, in this changing and evolving role working for this global firm. From assisting in the day-to-day operations of the pension scheme to helping with benefit programs, alongside other work on policy & legislation changes and trends, and benchmark activities.

Your pension's knowledge will be crucial with regards to the work you will do for the Trustee Board and its sub-committees, on topics such scheme regulatory and governance matters and investment decisions processes. You will also be involved in taking an active role in any Pension plan related projects.

Some duties will also incorporate reviewing and analysing data so a very good understanding of Microsoft Excel will be an advantage.

As you can see, this is a varied role and one which will grow with you. The working environment is a supportive and collaborative one, and the fast-paced nature of the business will require you to have the ability to react accordingly to the changing demands and expectations.

With a very good benefits package on offer, and study support available for professional qualifications, this is a great opportunity for you. Are you ready?
