This role will be reporting to the Global Pensions and Benefits Manager, and you will be focused on providing support to the management of Pensions and Benefits programmes in place across the fifty plus countries within which the company operates them.
You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of pensions and benefits programmes worldwide. You will support the enhancement of pensions and benefits programmes and procedures with focus on administration, governance and communication. You will be working with local teams and third-party vendors/stakeholders in order to ensure adherence with statutory requirements, local legislation, Global reward strategy and company standards of operations. The ultimate objective is to deliver the desired employee experience, as per the organisational strategy.
As a summary of your core focus areas and duties you will ensure the successful administration of pensions and benefits programmes on an ongoing basis by overseeing the successful completion of enrolment, cancellation and changes for benefits and pension programmes according to the employee lifecycle. Timely resolution of employees' queries, questions or concerns. Maintain related records and complete the required reports and forms, in compliance with local regulations and company procedures. Support the international pension governance requirements. Maintain up to date and accurate Global Pensions and Benefits summaries/inventory and associated documentation, update and accurately file pensions and benefits documentation and maintain benefits statistics.
Experience of administering both DB and DC pension arrangements would be beneficial, as would past experience of working in a large global organisation. You will be someone with a strong employee focus and an understanding of how benefits impact employee experience.
