Looking for an adept and intuitive Pensions professional with a background in client delivery.

About the role

• Develop and nurture client relationships
• Provide a key point of contact for the clients and sponsors
• Make sure service levels are maintained
• Work across the business to ensure goals are reached.
• Conduct service review meetings and ensure service delivery matches client expectations.
• Utilise technical expertise to ensure client is aware of changing legislation and provide administration with additional support

About you

• Background in Pensions with strong focus on client delivery
• Good understanding of Trustee/Governance areas
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Excellent project and budget management skills
