Outstanding Senior level DC Consulting opportunity to advise some of the UK’s leading employers on their pension strategies. As Pensions DC Consulting Director, you’ll lead client portfolios, deliver expert advice on scheme design, investment, governance, and compliance, and help shape the future of workplace savings.

London, hybrid working (1 or 2 days in the office per week)

What You’ll Do
• Manage large/medium DC scheme clients (Trust and contract-based).
• Advise on design, investment, communications, and Auto-Enrolment.
• Drive growth through new business and strong client relationships.
• Mentor colleagues and represent the team at industry events.

What We’re Looking For
• Proven UK DC consulting experience (including Trust-based schemes).
• Strong technical knowledge and relevant qualifications (PMI, CII, IMC).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised, and commercially focused.
