About the role

• Joining this small, collaborative team you will be working on £bn+ DB and DC pension plans, managing projects such as derisking and harmonising current plans to ensure meet needs of the company and its employees alike
• Use your relationship management skills to build effective relationships across the organisation, with trustees, advisors and providers alike
• Opportunity to get involved in financial well-being initiatives


About you

• You will have demonstrable experience working on either Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution schemes, ideally including scheme closures, launches or restructuring and associated communications
• Coupled with up to date knowledge of the pensions legislative framework, best practice and interest in market trends
