What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead chargeable project activity and complex investigations into errors or omissions
• Carry out in-depth data reviews, rectification projects, and root cause analysis
• Manage change requests, support system testing, and implement process improvements
• Liaise with clients, produce clear reporting, and be a technical point of reference
• Support junior colleagues through coaching and mentoring
• Deputise for the Team Leader and contribute to strategic and operational decisions

What You Bring:

• Proven experience with DB and/or DC pension schemes
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical pensions knowledge
• A collaborative, detail-driven mindset with a passion for improvement
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior colleagues
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects
• Confidence using Excel and working with data
• Clear communication skills and a client-focused attitude
