About the role
• Manage Trustee boards and committee meeting processes
• Organise meetings, setting agendas and delivery of board and committee papers
• Attend Trustee meetings, take minutes, follow up on action points
• Work with Senior stakeholders across the business and externally
• Ensure trustee records updated and compliant
• Completion of annual review of Scheme policies and procedures
About you
• Extensive secretarial experience at a senior level in financial services
• Deep knowledge of Pensions schemes ideally mastertrust
• Excellent pensions technical knowledge
