Are you a strong DB pensions professional with a flair for Annual Events? Take your experience forwards as a Team Leader within the Scheme Events team, managing a team of Administrators, ensuring a professional and high-quality service is provided across all project work within this well renowned industry leader.
Flexible hybrid working structure in place based out of Surrey office.
About the role
• Ensure client work is undertaken on time whilst adhering to our quality standards.
• Take ownership and accountability and monitor work allocation to ensure service level is achieved.
• Lead the more complex/project work as required.
• Drive best practice and identify continuous improvements.
• Coach, mentor and drive colleague training, development and team performance.
About you
• Demonstrable track record in dealing with DB occupational schemes.
• Prior experience of managing a team or experience of mentoring / training within a pensions administration environment.
• Familiarity with all aspects of DB pensions administration, including annual events such as Pension Increases and Benefit Statements.
• Prior experience of managing or supporting the delivery of a client project.
