Senior Pensions Operations role for a well-regarded Investment platform, shape and deliver exceptional services.
West Yorkshire or Greater Manchester - 3 days in the office per week
About the role
• Drive operational excellence across the Pensions operations function
• Build and lead a management team and culture that enables continuous service improvement.
• Oversee leadership, strategic direction and operating results
• Oversee staffing resources, workflow and operating budgets
• Lead on process improvements and operating efficiencies
• Work with external third parties including TPR and FCA
• Identifying, mitigating and managing operational risks in line with the policies
About you
• Background in Operational role at Senior level through Pensions areas
• Strong people management/leadership skills
• Experience in providing strategic, and operational leadership of key business function
• Prior knowledge of LTA, Crystallisation Events, scheme sanction charges and Contribution process would be desirable.
