What You’ll Be Doing:

- Deliver high-quality DB scheme administration and benefit calculations
- Check, authorize, and oversee the work of junior team members
- Train and support colleagues to build a high-performing team
- Manage scheme member records and respond to enquiries
- Collaborate with clients, actuaries, and third-party stakeholders
- Contribute to ongoing projects and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (ISO, AAF)

What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience working with defined benefit (DB) pension schemes
- A methodical, organized approach with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- A strong team player who leads by example

Qualifications:

Good GCSEs in Maths and English (A Levels preferred)
Actively working toward (or open to pursuing) professional pensions qualifications (e.g. CPC, QPA, DPC, APMI)
