An established Employee Benefits company who offers a wide range of pension and EB services to UK companies in the DB, DC and AE sectors is seeking a Senior Pensions Administrator to join their expanding pension administration team.

The role is a mixture of liaising with members and dealing with key Scheme Events but it's more than your standard pension administration role as due to the team size, you will be given the opportunity and exposure to expand your expertise beyond core admin duties. Initially, you will be managing your own portfolio of Clients whilst taking ownership of various Scheme projects required by your Clients. You will be in regular liaison with Trustees, Clients and Actuaries and take ownership of revenue generation. There will be processes in place to ensure you are working towards your agreed personal development plan and you will be joining a supportive and sociable team environment. You should be a strong communicator with the ability to work under pressure and in an efficient professional manner.
