Based in Leeds, with the flexibility of hybrid working once the initial probation period is complete

About the role

• Provide the day to day administration duties in line with SLA
• Take responsibility for training junior members of the team
• Act as the SME to resolve complex client and employee queries
• Provide the technical support and expertise in regards to testing system updates

About you

• You have at least 2 years knowledge working with SIPPs within the Pensions industry
• You have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team
• You have a strong understanding of AML procedures
• You have knowledge of Pension regulations and understand their impact on business
