Your gravitas and communication skills will enable you to be a trusted member of the Board, as well as build strong relationships with relevant pension scheme sponsors.

You do not have to bring existing Trustee appointments with you though you will of course, over time, help develop new business opportunities working alongside other experienced Trustee Directors.
