Aon is reviewing the Trustee Board of its market-leading Defined Contribution MasterTrust – a multi-employer pension scheme – and we are looking to make one change to the current Board as part of our succession planning, with effect from December2024.

It is expected that each Trustee Director will commit at least 15 days per annum to the role and will be subject to The Pension Regulator’s Fit and Proper requirements.

At Aon we promote a respectful and inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and able to be themselves. We welcome applications from a range of diverse candidates and pay a competitive market rate.

• Experience of serving on governance boards
• Active listening, analysis, and questioning skills
• Effective decision-making skills
• A pragmatic, collaborative and constructive team player
