We’re seeking an experienced DC Consultant to join a growing specialist team. This role covers the full range of DC advisory work, combining client relationship management, governance expertise and strong technical investment knowledge.

Hybrid/London, 2 days in the office per week

About the Role

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Stay current with DC legislation, governance standards and market practice
• Develop suitable investment strategies and structures based on client needs
• Lead investment manager and DC provider selection exercises
• Support ongoing governance through regular meetings and stakeholder collaboration
• Contribute to projects such as master trust/GPP reviews, buy outs, wind ups and AVC reviews
• Conduct research into providers and market developments
• Draft clear, high quality advice
• Support and mentor junior team members

About You

• Qualified or progressing towards FIA, FFA, CFA or PMI
• Experience in UK DC pension consultancy
• Strong communicator with good commercial awareness
