Hybrid, c. 2 days a week South East offices

About the role

• You will lead the Pensions Administration operation, with focus on ongoing development to deliver excellent member services
• Work closely with colleagues across technical, systems and projects to successfully deliver projects and change initiatives
• Drive member experience enhancement such as communications and online access
• Work closely with the senior leadership team, Reward and HR colleagues

About you

• Draw on current technical knowledge, particularly DB Pensions administration, with awareness of developing Pensions landscape from a legislative and trends perspective
• Project skills including driving change initiatives will be highly beneficial
• Utilise your interpersonal skills from motivating and inspiring a large team to building relationships with key stakeholders
