Joining this highly skilled in-house team managing administration on behalf of a £multi-bn DB Pension Fund, you will have a key role leading and supporting your pensions administration team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of pensions administrators ensuring accurate, efficient delivery and clear communication to members and stakeholders
• You will proactively mentor and encourage team members ongoing development
• Support ongoing projects to improve processes and drive efficiencies
• Work closely with the wider team, HR, Finance, and Trustees

About You

• Draw on your track record in staff management, development and ongoing mentoring
• Current knowledge of pension scheme administration processes
• Clear communicator with stakeholder management skills coupled with a practical, problem-solving approach
