Established consultancy seeks an ambitious pensions professional looking to lead from the front and develop a team of pensions professionals.
About the role
o Providing high quality administration service to a portfolio of schemes
o Participate in strategic business changes and ensure improvements are implemented.
o Support client relationships and contribute to trustee and client meetings as necessary
o Overseeing the project management of annual and ad-hoc projects such as renewals, benefit statements, pension increases, scheme returns, and trustees’ reports and accounts. Ensuring projects are fully monitored and completed in line with customer and legislation requirements
o Mentoring less experienced colleagues in the team
About you
o You will possess leadership and influencing ability, excellent interpersonal skills, work well under pressure and have a highly analytical mind.
o Excellent DB and DC scheme experience, pensions regulatory knowledge and demonstrable skills in presenting and supervising
