Looking for a pensions professional to lead delivery of major annual events and projects, including valuations, benefit statements and pension increases. You’ll ensure work is accurate, on time and high quality, while driving team performance and continuous improvement.

• Oversee annual events and project delivery
• Monitor performance and quality
• Improve processes and provide MI/reporting
• Build strong stakeholder relationships

• Strong DB/DC pensions administration experience
• Knowledge of annual events and technical processes
• Team leadership and workload management skills
• Proactive, organised and improvement-focused approach
