Are you an experienced team leader or project team leader looking to take your experience forwards and lead a team? Join this dynamic team working on a variety of administration projects, including GMP projects. This role will support a team of project analysts and administrators collaborating with different areas of the business.

About the role
• Plan, lead, prioritise and manage the day-to-day delivery of a portfolio of Pension projects to meet the objectives of the portfolio and the project objectives
• Supports the head of projects to manage each project end to end.
• Support the day to day activities of the team with technical oversight for complex pension requirements.
• Manage a project delivery team including allocating projects and tasks, reviewing performance, providing internal communication, coaching identify training needs and provide line management support
• Attendance at client and/or trustee meetings
About you
• Experience in a leadership or management role in the pension industry and knowledge of both defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes
• Previous experience in managing portfolios of projects or in managing a team of DB pension administrators
• Excellent knowledge of Pension and actuarial calculation and/or data projects
• Strong technical pensions and legislative knowledge and understanding.
• Experience of insurance transactions, dashboard, GMP projects and/or scheme events
