Pensions Quality Assurance Lead

Fantastic opportunity to join an award winning in-house pension function within a Technical role to ensure services continue to be delivered at a high standard

About the role

• Provide specialist compliance input and support for member and employer services
• Oversee process improvements
• Produce training material and support wider teams on all complex technical matters
• Main point of contact for both internal and external audits in pension administration process

About you

• Excellent DB or LGPS pensions technical knowledge
• Background in delivery of Pensions Administration services
• Thorough understanding of pension regulations, associated tax rules and other relevant legislation
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, and well-developed report-writing skills. focus - the ability to deal empathetically with people, build relationships and manage expectations.
