About the Role

You will support a variety of DB pension projects, including:
• Data and benefit audits
• Developing data strategies and improvement plans
• Leading rectification work (including GMP rectification/equalisation)
• Creating and customising bulk tools and technical solutions
• Reviewing and supporting the work of colleagues
You’ll communicate technical information clearly, work collaboratively across multiple areas, and deliver real value to clients and scheme members.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge and experience of UK DB Pension arrangements and a good understanding of manual benefit calculations and processes
• Experience in data auditing, data cleanse would be beneficial as would some SQL exposure
• Background in data auditing, cleansing and rectification
• Good understanding of manual benefit calculations
