We’re looking for an experienced Pensions Project Manager with a strong Defined Benefit (DB) background to deliver a range of client and internal pension change projects. You’ll act as a central resource across Administration, Consultancy, Actuarial and Investment teams, leading projects such as GMP equalisation, buy in/buy out readiness, benefit rectification and wind ups.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver DB pension projects across multiple stakeholders
• Build and manage detailed project plans and governance
• Oversee day to day project activity and ensure milestones are met
• Lead project meetings and produce clear documentation
• Drive continuous improvements and maintain risk logs/action plans

What You’ll Bring

• Strong UK DB pensions experience
• Knowledge of GMP, buy ins/buy outs, wind ups and DB operations
• Background in actuarial, administration or pensions consulting (ideal)
• Proven project delivery experience in client facing roles
• Prince2/APM/PMP/CSM (or willingness to qualify)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, organised and confident project leadership style
