Pensions Minister to headline Pensions Age Spring Conference

Pensions Minister, Torsten Bell, has been confirmed as a keynote speaker at the Pensions Age Spring Conference, taking place on 30 April at the Hilton London, Tower Bridge.

The one-day event will bring together pension schemes and industry professionals from across the sector for a programme of learning, debate and networking, at a time of
significant change for UK pensions.

With consolidation and productive finance remaining high on the government’s agenda, pensions dashboards set to transform saver engagement, and record defined benefit (DB) surpluses prompting schemes and employers to reassess their endgame strategies, the conference will explore how the industry is responding to a rapidly evolving landscape.

Ongoing market volatility, alongside a renewed regulatory focus on value for money, adequacy and member outcomes, continues to demand agility and strong governance from schemes across DB and defined contribution (DC).

These themes, and more, will be examined through expert-led presentations, panel discussions and interactive Q&A sessions with those shaping policy and practice across the pensions industry.

Open to pension scheme managers, trustees, finance directors, advisers, and HR and pensions professionals, the Pensions Age Spring Conference will provide delegates with timely insight, practical guidance and actionable takeaways to support effective scheme management across DB, DC and hybrid arrangements.

Sessions will span regulation, investment, technology, administration, communications, de-risking and governance, reflecting the breadth of challenges and opportunities facing schemes today.

The event offers up to seven CPD hours with some accreditation providers.
